Clinical & Biomedical

Clinical and biomedical figures carry a higher disclosure burden than standard scientific figures. Kaplan-Meier curves require at-risk tables and censoring disclosure. ROC curves require AUC with CI and optimal threshold reporting. Volcano plots require multiple testing correction disclosure. Forest plots require heterogeneity statistics. Each figure type has a mandatory checklist built into Licklider's export pipeline.

Checklist compliance is automatic. Licklider tracks each required element for clinical figures during the analysis session. At export, any missing mandatory element triggers a disclosure dialog. Publication-ready export is blocked until all checklist items are satisfied or explicitly waived with justification.

Disclosure First

Each clinical figure type maps to a specific reporting guideline: CONSORT (clinical trials), STROBE (observational), ARRIVE 2.0 (animal), and PRISMA (meta-analysis). Licklider's clinical figure pipeline checks the relevant guideline requirements automatically based on the declared study type from the Data Contract.
