What is Journal Submission Ready?

Journal Submission Ready is the submission automation layer of Journal Levelize. Where Statistical Disclosure enforces what must be reported, Journal Submission Ready handles how it is formatted and delivered. The goal is a submission package that requires no manual reformatting, no checklist completion by hand, and no scrambling to find the right p-value when a reviewer asks.

3.2.1 Nature Reporting Summary Auto-Fill

Auto-fills the Nature Research Statistics Checklist from Data Contract and Statistical Audit records. Flags any checklist items that cannot be auto-populated from available session data.

3.2.2 Journal-Specific Format Adaptation

Applies Nature / NEJM / Science / Default presets — resolution, color mode, font size, line weight. Implemented for single figures; cross-figure batch application is a planned feature.

3.2.3 Figure Consistency Verification

Verifies legend terminology, color palette, font, and style uniformity across all figures exported in the same session. Detects inconsistencies before they reach the reviewer.

3.2.4 Accessibility & Readability Check

Simulates deuteranopia and protanopia color vision, checks contrast ratio, font size, and line weight — and suggests perceptually uniform palette alternatives.

3.2.5 Peer Review Response Assistant

Drafts reviewer response letters citing Transparency Trail and Statistical Audit records as evidence. Links reviewer questions to specific figures, Methods paragraphs, and audit log entries automatically.
